Focused on Socratic selling, being solutions oriented and finding unique ways to differentiate from the competition.

What is an interesting/fun fact we would be surprised to learn about you?

I’ve been taking shooting classes and I am surprisingly a good shot!

What is your best work memory?

The day I was able to look at my active placement list and see that I had at least one placement with each of the recruiters on our team.

MedPartners is the only company I have worked for that not only says their people are the most important asset, but actually believes and implements this philosophy in everything they do, every day.

I probably relate to “Be the Best” the most because I enjoy learning and growing in order to be leaders in our industry, but would like to relate more to the “understand the urgency“ and “make a contribution” values and make these a daily focus.
