Brandi Fowler MS, RHIA joined MedPartners in January 2015 as an account manager in the Northeast and Mid-West territories. Mrs. Fowler leveraged two decades of expert-level HIM industry knowledge to provide a quality-centric, value based sales model to her clients and consultants. This approach to selling HIM services resulted in a significant increase in revenue due to increased client satisfaction and reduction in candidate attrition. Clients and candidates valued the opportunity to work with a fellow HIM-credentialed professional whose commitment to data quality and customer service mirrored their own. Based on Mrs. Fowler’s proven success in her sales role, executive leadership saw the opportunity to utilize her industry knowledge in a more global sense and promoted her to Vice President of Education & Compliance in mid-2015. Since that time, Mrs. Fowler has been largely responsible for broadly strengthening the foundation of the company from education and compliance perspectives. Serving in her current role as Sr. Vice President of Education & Quality (2018), her work has helped ensure MedPartners’ continued success in the ever-changing world of healthcare.
